Orders are typically ready for delivery within 7-15 business days.

Time may fluctuate based on manufacturers stock/availability.

Free drop-off delivery online orders

Areas include: Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise, Enterprise, Summerlin, Sunrise Manor, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, Lake Las Vegas, and Southern Highlands, Boulder City, as well as anything in between!

FREE Drop-Off Delivery:

You will receive a call when your order is complete, and a delivery appointment will be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. Your item(s) will then be delivered to either your front door or garage. NO boxes/items will be opened unless the box appears to be damaged and in that case, the delivery driver will inspect it with you. NO assembly will be completed.

Home White Glove Set-Up:

The delivery crew will then bring your new items into your home, open the boxes/item(s), perform any and all assembly needed and place them in your room of choice. If you choose, they will also remove the boxes/garbage that arrived as packaging for your order. Please ensure that the room where you want your new furniture assembled is cleared of any old furniture. Our delivery personnel are not responsible for moving existing furniture out of any given room.

Las Vegas Warehouse Pick-Up:

You will receive a call when your order has arrived at our warehouse (7-15 Business Days after initial order). You can then pick up your order at our warehouse during our normal business hours. You may call us ahead of time to ask for dimensions of the boxes/item(s) to ensure they will fit in your car/truck. If you need to place your items on a roof rack or in a pick-up bed please bring the necessary rope/tie-down cords with you. We will help place the item(s) on your roof rack or pick-up bed but our staff is NOT allowed to assist you in tying the item(s) down.

 

 

 


About Our Delivery Crew:

When we deliver locally to the Las Vegas area, we use our own truck and crew. This excellent team has been with us for over 5 years, and the team lead has over 10 years of furniture delivery and assembly experience. Many satisfied customers have told us how impressed they were with their service.

Delivery Attempts:

If the driver comes out to deliver your items and you are not home for your scheduled time, there will be a $99 attempt fee. If we do not collect this fee, the product will not be delivered and all shipping charges associated with the purchase and our restocking fee will be charged.

Free Mattress Removal Policy

Furniture world Online now offers Free Mattress Removal for all mattress orders over $899. If the mattress total is under $899 a $49 fee will apply, please contact us at 702-659-8400 for more information. This service applies ONLY to the Greater Las Vegas area.

Measuring for Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the products will fit in their home. Will the furniture fit through all the doorways? Will your hallway size allow our team to fit through with the product? Will the furniture fit up your stairway? Will the furniture fit into the room? For apartment buildings or homes with elevators, it is important to measure the elevator interior height, elevator opening, and opposite wall distance. If we have to return furniture due to it not fitting into your home, our return policy will apply.

                    ***IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BUNK BEDS / LOFT BEDS***

Bunk beds and/or Loft beds, regardless of price, cannot be assembled by the delivery crew for legal reasons. If you have paid for or received free delivery the boxes will be placed in your room of choice, opened if you request, but NO assembly will be done.

Reminders:

You are not responsible for clearing space in your home for your order. The delivery crew cannot move any of your existing furniture.
The delivery crew does not remove any old mattresses or furniture as part of the delivery service, unless the mattress removal service is requested at the time of order and included in the final quote, otherwise, they will only deliver your new items to you.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Furniture World Online understands that any product can get damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, make a note on the drivers' paperwork of the exact damage, take pictures with your cell phone and email them to us. Then give us a call, and we will expedite the shipment of a replacement item immediately. Furniture is susceptible to minor damage (scratches, small nicks, etc.) during transit. If your damage is deemed a minor repair that can easily be touched up, this will be performed at your home at no additional charge.
